Gantry Robots

Gantry Robots are developed and manufactured in our own factory using the most up-to-date manufacturing techniques.

Gantry robots are very different from arm robots, they are more suited to heavy loads and can operate in a much larger area. The available space for the project is a crucial factor in the decision. They can be used for palletising and de-palletising of numerous layer patterns and several pallet sizes. They can also handle slip-sheets and empty pallets.

All gantry robots are driven by servo units and are controlled by Siemens S7 plc’s. Our gantry robot range can be supplied with 2 servo controlled axis to the more complex 6 axis controlled systems. Dependant upon the application the framework can be supplied in either steel or aluminium.
